The question of whether a business is on the verge of insolvency is a multi-faceted one that requires a thorough investigation of its financial health, corporate structure, and business model. In Thailand, insolvency often means that a distressed debtor is unable to pay its creditors and may have to undergo bankruptcy proceedings or rehabilitation in order to preserve value for the creditors.
One of the many tests that determine whether a business is insolvent is the Altman Z-Test. This test takes into consideration a company’s account profitability, leverage, liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios.
We have created a form that provides a simple assessment for companies that may be facing insolvency below. Please note, however, that the results of this test should not be construed as a thorough assessment and only provides a general overview of your financial position.
Please contact us using the contact form below if you would like to discuss the results of this test.
